joya9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Services

1.1 Applicability of Terms

All services, games, bonuses, and promotional activities offered on the joya9 platform are governed by these Terms. Accessing, browsing, or using any service on the platform by a user shall be considered proof of consent to these Terms. In addition to these Terms, separate rules may apply to specific games or promotions; in such cases, both sets of rules shall apply together.

joya9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published shall be considered as the user's acceptance of the revised terms.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali and are intended for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. Any ambiguity in this document shall be resolved based on the interpretation of joya9 management.

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account on joya9 and use any of its services, the user must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement and that participating in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction.

The following individuals are not eligible to use joya9:

• Any person under 21 years of age
• Residents of regions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited
• Owners of accounts previously closed by joya9
• Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion, for as long as that exclusion remains in effect

2.2 Account Registration Rules

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be accurate and up to date.

If an account is registered using false information, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. joya9 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application.

3.1 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your joya9 account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

If a third party uses your account, you shall bear full responsibility for that use until you formally notify us.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

joya9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal request. The following documents may be requested as part of verification:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently available for deposits on the joya9 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposit requests are generally processed instantly. However, bank transfers may experience a slight delay. Funds deposited into an account must be sent from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder; third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On making their first deposit at joya9, users will receive a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000; depositing ৳16,000 applies the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳31,000.

The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies once per account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

For wagering calculation purposes, different proportions of bets on certain games may count. Full details are stated on each promotion's page.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within the set time limit after activation; unused bonuses will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless the terms of that offer explicitly permit it.
• joya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers.
• If abuse or manipulation of a bonus is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Placing Bets & Gaming

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The user acknowledges that online gaming and betting is an uncertain activity and that there is a possibility of losing money. joya9 is committed to ensuring fair play across all games.

Any bet accepted at an incorrect price or incorrectly due to a system error shall be considered void. joya9 is not liable for losses caused by technical errors.

6.2 Sports Betting

When placing bets on sports markets, the user must be aware of the rules of the relevant sport. joya9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel markets for any match or event, particularly where match-fixing is suspected.

Bets will be settled only after the official result is announced. In the case of disputed results, the decision of the relevant sports body shall be final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available at joya9 — slots, live casino, fishing games — are also governed by the rules of the provider. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. For information on the specific RTP and volatility of each game, refer to that game's information page.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the joya9 platform. If evidence of participation in these activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited:

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bots, or automated methods
• Using multiple accounts for bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or intrude into any game system
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users
• Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods
• Allowing minors to access the platform

8.1 Account Closure by joya9

joya9 management may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of any clause of these Terms is found
• If fraud or dishonest activity is suspected
• If identity verification documents are not submitted
• In accordance with instructions from a legal or regulatory authority

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the valid balance will be returned after verification is complete.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Any outstanding bets must be settled before submitting an account closure request.

9.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

12.1 Amendment of Terms

joya9 reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. Amended Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. We advise users to review this page regularly.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
